We were lucky to have Chris come down to do our project ,during lockdown we had our builder go into liquidation and our house was half done when I reached out to Chris and team for completion. Chris is wonderful person and he has a fabulous team who works knowing what his clients wants. They are very professional .chris and rhiannon they update us every happenings and we are informed . There co-construct system is well advanced and informative. We had many changes in plan Chris was understandable and did as we wanted .you may have many builders around here but you can't find a builder who is passionate ,customer focused and doing a project as he does to his own home with so much involvement in the work he doee. If you get Chris and team (cjc) as builder you are lucky and you are in safe hands. Always would highly recommend CJC for projects .

We had a great experience working with Chris and his team on a renovation of our mid-century house. Chris was really professional and worked closely with our architect and engineer on some complicated design issues. We lived in the house during the renovation and his team were really respectful, tidy and mindful of safety around our young children. And the outcome was great, we're really happy with the workmanship and individual touches to make the renovation fit seamlessly into the existing house.

We cannot speak highly enough of Chris, Rhiannon and the team at CJC Constructions. We've done a number of renovations and this was by far the best and most pleasant experience we have had working with a fantastic builder and group of tradespeople who took such pride and care in their work. Their exceptional quality was their relationship with us-always communicating, coming up with great ideas, solving problems (there were no problems, only solutions!) and keeping us up to date every step of the way. The quality of their work and attention to detail was outstanding. They were clean, came in very close to budget (amazing in the current context) completed the work on time. They also went above and beyond on several occasions, fixing things that were not part of the renovation and not charging us. If you have the opportunity to work with CJC Constructions you should do so!
