I rang and spoke to Jim who went out of his way to try and resolve my amp issue over the phone. When it became apparent that it wasn't fixable with that approach I took it to his shop on Monday. I left it with the understanding that it might be a week before I got it back. I called on Thursday just to see if Jim had a chance to look at it and to my surprise it was ready to collect. The amp is once working fine thanks to Filatronics.The service I got was 5 star indeed. Thanks very much to FilatronicsVery highly recommended to whoever reads this.
