After living at a rental property through this agency they made moving out a smooth experience. Took a couple weeks to get my bond back due to technical difficulties, but were very good at responding to emails and follow up calls. They are quick responders and very keen to help with references when applying to new places!

all 5 stars are fake. do not trust these people. unprofessional staff dodgy contract every statement contradict the other. - all bills included is a lie. end of contract by end date is a also a lie. they try there best to take your deposit. DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP. Christopher Chris" and his staff are the worse.no you guys don't take feedback so seriously. you just lie about it and your contract is full with lies. will post photos later on to show people how dodgy you are. anyone who read this...DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT FROM THEM EVEN IF THEY TOLD YOU "YOU HAVE TO QUICKLY SIGN THIS TO SECURE THE PLACE" they are dodgy the only thing they want is your rent and they want to take your deposit."

ShareSorted is extremely professional in their work. I have been a tenant with them since March 2023 and I have had a smooth time since then. The team (Farah Siregar, Tania Rangitaawa, and Aloysius hartoto ) responds immediately to any queries which is a sign of their professionalism and excellent customer service. Please don't think twice if you are renting a place that is managed by ShareSorted Real Estate Agency as you will be in good hands!

The support staff were incredibly unhelpful, questions left unanswered and simple rental calculations done incorrectly. The experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would never use them again. Missing the bare minimum in human decency. Also no tumble dryer as advertised, and fairly sure the room did not meet sanitation standards with open crumbling brick

I found the staff of this company to be helpful, kind and understanding especially Chris, they helped my cousin who was visiting from Germany and was having a difficulty time navigating rentals in Australia.Chris went above and beyond to fix the issues that had come to light in a timely manner whilst being professional and courteous.I highly recommend them.

ShareSortes is highly professional and experienced in furnished accommodation.
