I would like to start off by saying that the service here is appalling.I took my blanket to the dry cleaners, and they almost refused to take it because they were adamant that it was a rug and kept insisting it was even after I told them several times it was a blanket.Then on my very recent encounter with them, I had taken a jacket for them to do that had candle wax on it and the lady with the curly hair was completely rude and yet assumed that instead of candle wax on the jacket it was vomit. Again, I told her it was candle wax, but she kept insisting it was vomit.I’m not too sure why they make all these assumptions and accuse their customers of lying. I always used to take my clothes to get dry cleaned by them, however after the not-so-great service and the accusations of me lying about what my garments are and what is on them, I absolutely refuse to go back to them for any service what so ever.They need to learn how to treat their customers and more importantly no accuse them of lying or make assumptions. Not everyone knows everything and she certainly needs to get off her high horse and stop thinking she does.If I could rate a 0 I would, but a 1 would have to suffice instead.

Put a suit in for dry cleaning that had been hanging in the home of a smoker. They did an exceptional job of cleaning and deodorising the suit. Very pleased with the end result.

Great drycleaners....always busy

Took my wedding dress here to get cleaned and got it back in the exact same condition as it was when I dropped it off. Despite this, the lady still charged me $250 for the inconvenience. I took it to another dry cleaner to try to fix it and they told me it looks like it hasn’t been touched let alone attempted to be cleaned. Absolutely appalled at the customer service here (or lack of). Will never be coming back.
