I have been going to Biba Richmond for 14 years. Gary is the best most professional hairdresser I have ever come across. He takes time to ensure your haircut is perfectly symmetrical and looks fabulous. My colour is also on point every single time. I would never go anywhere else in Melbourne

What a great experience! I've been trying many salon's over the past year and finally...success! Emma was extremely knowledgeable and confident. Confidence that is well deserved! I am delighted with my cut and colour which fixed problems from previous salons. An added extra, there was not the strong sales push that you get every where else.

I used to see Emma and she was amazing but she left so I tried another one of the stylists. I found him to be quite unprofessional, he made a few comments which made me feel self conscious (about greys and that my skin “ok” for my age) along with being a little disparaging about the hairstyle I like (Emma always made me feel like a million dollars) Aren’t you supposed to be leaving feeling awesome? Yeah well I left feeling pretty Deflated and definitely won’t be going back.

What a wonderful experience, the staff was welcoming and the interior of the salon was open and not too bright. Being a anxiety filled guy I find it hard to be in crowded or noisy places, BIBA was a calm environment for me. The hair cut was a barber cut and cost $45 what included a hair wash and head massage. I am so impressed with the quality of service, thanks guys.
