After sales service is appalling!!! Didn't even want to rate it with one star. Have had to wait over a week, again, for a service call for our main printer. This is despite calling multiple times explaining that we really rely on this printer. Error message saying that 'developer life is over' prevents us from even scanning as well. Previously asked technician to check that other developer units were ok last time and he assured me that we would get a message in plenty of time - well we didn't and now we aren't able to use our main printer at a critical time. Totally disgusted.

Do not sign up with this company. They will rip you off at every opportunity. I have been attempting to renegotiate our contract for over a year. Have yet to have anyone with authority sit down and talk to us about it.

They will charge you for services you no longer use even when contract is expired and the service can no longer be used. Their sales is aggressive, misleading and dishonest. Their accounts do not care about upholding contract terms and keep charging you despite you cancelling with them.

Horrible customer service and very unhelpful team.I would never recommend to any one.We signed the contract with Fujifilm 3 months ago. They promised to deliver the printer in two weeks but they didn't and now 3 months we are still waiting. we tried to call them and send them an email but they never replied .If you think about the subscription, please think twice about it with this company. This terrible experience made me give a bad review.

I recently changed my Internet provider to TPG and was unable to get my wifi FUJIXEROX printer to work. Customer service at TPG is bare minimum and none would (Four) of them did not understand the problem and said the printer is not compatible to Broadband and dismissed me. The printer has been OK in the past. NICK N from FUJIFILMs was very knowledgeable and guided me to get MAC address filtering to allow in the filter. This was very technical to me and my many thanks to Nick. He was just amazing.

We have a Printer subscription. They promised to deliver all toners and everything without our attention. But run out. They promised to deliver next day but didn't. If you think about the subscription, please think twice about it with this company. This terrible experience made me a bad review. Is this Japanese company?

Beware of misleading, deceptive practices and blatant unconscionable conduct.Formerly had 3 production machines on contract with Fujifilm. On my last contract, they increased the click rate on the agreement AFTER I had signed and submitted it by crossing it out and HAND WRITING a new rate on their copy. The original rate that I had signed for was not honoured, despite proving it was not what I had signed for. In fact I was forced to sign an amendment to the contract with a specified annual rate increase. Fujifilm are well aware that businesses rely on having the consumables and servicing as part of their contracts, and will not hesitate to threaten removal of access during billing disputes to force you to pay.Additionally, sales reps will ghost you once the machines are delivered. They will also completely change the structure of your billing without any notice, by misleading you into believing it is the same structure as your previous. Complaints directed to the area manager resulted in gaslighting and condescending comments about my understanding of contracts. Finally, servicing response times are not as fast as advertised. Most technicians are wonderfully helpful but are unfortunately held back by dodgy company policies.

Don't do business with these guys. I work for a big company and constantly try and contact them to help me resolve problems with invoicing and they never get back to me. They change things on the contract you have agreed to without notifying you . Disgusting service . We will be terminating contract as soon as possible.

I have had a Fuji Xerox printer for a long time. When I want to set up a new laptop to print wirelessly to my printer, I phone the helpline and they always help me out. They are always patient and solve the problem regardless of how long it takes.Recently I have changed Internet providers and have had problems with my printer connections (don't know if that is common). So I have had to phone them a few times recently and, as always, they are patient and resolve the issue.However, on one occasion, the exact nature of a problem should have been explained to me but I guess the service person had solved my problem and wanted to get on to the next call. It would only have taken 1 minute to explain it. It would have given me a better understanding of the issue which would have eased my mind about my printing problems under my new provider which I now believe is not an issue with the new provider but is just one of those things". It was explained to me on my next call to them when I had to set up another laptop."

We have recently signed a new contract with FXJ for over 100 printers across our business. The Fuji team has been extremely helpful, patient and forthcoming. Very much impressed by how much they value the relationship over just trying to get every last dollar (unlike the majority of companies in the printing world I have dealt with). Highly recommended!
