Front desk staff was very supportive and friendly in nature. I went for booster and everything happened in flow. The doctors were running on schedule and i my turn came for booster shot within 5 minutes. Finding this clinc was little bit for me. But apart from this everything was good and quick.

Getting a vaccine at the moment means waiting for many weeks even at local pharmacies. What a pleasant surprise to find Risdon Vale Healthology offering them within a day or so. Bookings and patient information are made online through the HotDoc system and is very easy. Lots of parking available. Staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. A Risdon Vale gem!

This was the only clinic in the Hobart region I could find who both had the Covid-19 vaccine & who would also vaccinate someone not registered there as a patient. They also automatically booked me in for the follow-up vaccination in exactly 12 weeks time.Very pleasant reception & medical staff. Thank you - I am very grateful.

This was my first visit after changing my GP. Neat and attractive premises. Helpful staff. Consultation professional and you were made to feel like a patient not a fee generator. Hands on and listened rather than assuming one size fits all.

Medical centre sent text advising Flu Vax available, appointment process seamless, reminder issued, front office & medical staff very good, appointment on time and quick follow up by staff to arrange next covid jab. All in all, very good efficient service.

Although not from the Risdonvale area, I have attended the centre on four separate occasions for COVID vaccinations - on two occasions I accompanied my elderly father to have the Astra Zenica vaccine and the other two occasions were for myself to have Novavax. The online booking system was easy to use and reliable, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole process went seamlessly. The environment was calm and ordered unlike another centre that I took my father to to obtain his booster shot. In my case, this centre was one of the earliest in Hobart to have the Novavax vaccine which I and others had been waiting for. I could not recommend this centre more highly.
