The entire Living Health Group team are all super friendly. I've been seeing Dr Tessa Boyd, who has been a major part of my recovery from shoulder bursitis and lower back issues. She has been so helpful and I cannot thank her enough! She is very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Dr Lisa is amazing, she looks at the holistic picture not just what the injury is. Her knowledge particularly regarding sports of all kinds is second to none and she always follows up to make sure you are doing ok. Added to this the personal knowledge of her clients is so touching, she keeps up with your life asks about your family and it makes you feel at home even if you are feeling down and in pain. I also love the fact that the team is so close and supportive of one another. I will say without Dr Lisa my running in particular wouldn't be going as well as it is. Dr Lisa Gadd has been an incredible help to me over the past two years. Lisa is able to assist me when I need immediate relief as well as support me on my longer term journey of building strength. Lisa has been unbelievably supportive / patient with me and my sometimes slow progress as I juggle two young kids. I am able to do certain exercises for the first time in 5+ years which have previously caused me tremendous pain and it is completely due to Lisa's expertise & care. Hopefully one day I won't need to see Lisa so regularly, but until then I am grateful to be one of her patients!
