Con artists! Increased the price of our unit by 20% in under a year! When I called up to enquire they claimed it was a directive from head office. Called head office and they said that's not true and that we were paying more than any other unit on our level. After half a dozen phone calls to the store and the head office I got nowhere. Never dealing with NS and their BS again!

Recommend a unit on the ground level as it can take time to go upstairs but if you don't mind that then there is no issue

Staff turn over appears quite high, but those I dealt with were really good.Rather confusing layout, and no signage to help navigation.
