Came here to see if I could fix my old tyre as there was a massive puncture. Unfortunately it wasn't able to be saved. Darren from Bob Jane was able to source me a new tyre from bridgestone and was able find a competitive price which couldn't be found anywhere. He waved the labour cost and helped me juggle the tyres from the spare tyre slot to on the vehicle at no added cost.Will definitely be coming back here for future tyre issues.

Highly recommend . I was very impressed with the service I received when I brought my car in to fix a leaking tyre. They were very helpful and fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. Happy customer.

Yesterday, I had the need to get a puncture fixed. Although I did not have an appointment, they considered the need and had it fixed for me in 30 minutes. I appreciated the excellent service I received both initially and from the store manager. Will definitely consider them when the time comes to change the tyres.

I bought four new tyres three weeks back, when Bob Jane Essendon sold the tyres to me I was under the impression they were under a warranty" which was part of the reason for my purchase. I have been driving my car for over ten years with no major issues with the tyres. Within two weeks of buying new tyres one of the tyres went flat. Whilst replacing the tyre with my spare Bob Jane Essendon staff were rude & passive aggressive. "The tyres won't be covered under warranty. When were your tyres fixed
