Lack of staff and lack of service. Noticed a junior casual when she was asked for a product by a customer: She pointed to an isle, said it's probably in isle 9 or 10, then continued walking away from the customer. It's not the first time I have seen this or been treated the same way.I now shop at Cairns Hardware as a result. When asked for an item, staff stop what they are doing and then walk you to the item, take it off the shelf or peg and hand it to you. Then ask if you need assistance with anything else. Now, that's customer service, and the reason I shop there instead of Bunnings

Rude and abrupt. Not helpful at all. Ordered tiles in August arrived in October wrong tiles. Received a text 16/11 saying we are receiving a reminder to collect the tiles But did receive a first text. Phoned and they argued Not nice at all

Worst store I've ever been too!! Tried to buy a dishwasher and a dryer. Noone would assist. Just watched me and my one armed partner struggle to get it on the trolley. The lanes are too small to get a trolley through. They missed a few thousand dollar sale today.

Grateful thanks to Rose, who works in the nursery Innisfail. She was so helpful and kind. That would be the first time I've had assistance to my car with heavy stuff. I'm iny 70s, Thanks Rose, you're the best!!!

A small format Bunnings store that tries to provide as many of the services and products that one could find in the warehouse format of stores in say Cairns. The isles are narrower and do feel a bit cramped. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.
