Fairly aged facility...needs a reno.

The staff & the manager Liz were wonderful to deal with. They were caring & accommodating to my Dad.

This Residential Care Facility is one of the BEST facilities I have ever seen in Melbourne from my personal experience as a doctor , as well as a son for a resident in that facility . The nursing staff are very professional , they know what they are doing , knowing how to deal with the visiting doctors , working for the best interest of the residents . On the other hand , all staff without exception treat the residents in a very friendly manner and offering the best and safe care . They are not doing a job , but offering care and love . I would say that the management did a wonderful job in choosing the best team . My mother is so happy and enjoying her stay , even her general health has improved there . I highly recommend this residential care for residence and employment.Many thanks , I do appreciate your great efforts .
