OZ Design Belrose

After many weeks of delaying, they finally dropped four huge boxes on us stacked on top of each other right before Christmas, when I asked the delivery guy to help unbox them and take the rubbish away, he said we had only paid for standard delivery and he could not help because he had to be somewhere. No one told us about this in store. Quality of furniture is good, some of the guys in store were really helpful, but the store manager not so much. Only deal with them if you're prepared for the drama.

I agree with the other posts on this site. This has been the absolute worst experience we have ever had. We were treated with contempt, tricked, misled, and the Customer Service lady in head office seemed to take delight in this.In the end we had to go to Fair Trading, ACCC and finally the NSW Civil Tribunal to get this matter resolved. There are many great businesses out there and this is not one. If you want to have drama, horrific customer service, delays in receiving your delivery, and pay for delivery for a large unit and have it left outside on the pathway, shop at OzDesign. We will never ever go near this business again. It is disappointing to see that many others have had similar experiences.

Worst customer service. I'm not sure if the staff work for commission but we have been told lie after lie. It must be the company culture, that promotes that sort of behaviour. They promised delivery of goods in 6-8 weeks, still no news after 12 weeks. There is a new excuse every week!!!

We were assisted by a knowledgeable and helpful team member called Tim s. He went above and beyond to find out what we wanted and how to get it. He was patient and made helpful suggestions, made decision making easy. Great products, great service and highly competitive prices. Well done Oz Design Belrose, we will be back.

Terrible experience, customer liaison extremely poor. We ordered a couple of pictures back on 16th March and paid for them. They arrived by the end of April and they came wrong as they were different sizes. Since then we have been calling, emailing and even going to the shop trying to get this sorted out but it still hasn’t happened. I’ve even called customer service who promised me the driver would come today (25/05/22) at 10.30pm and of course no one came or call. The funny thing is that the correct picture that needs to be swapped has been all this time and still is in the shop and they haven’t been able to arrange something as simple as a driver to solve the mistake they made. And as the cherry on the top it was suggested that if the picture is so important I can pick it up with my car and return the one they delivered incorrectly, when first of all I paid for the delivery due to the size of the pictures is too big for a normal car. So they have my money while I don’t have what I paid for. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable and I’m still hoping they will solve this by Friday this week.

Had a issue that was sorted out, eventually. Problems with suppliers are creating extended wait-times. However the furniture is good quality is you are able to wait that long! Hopefully issues rectify post COVID. Thanks

Staff at Oz Design Belrose are friendly & helpful but not pushy. We bought quite a bit of furniture from them as we love their range. Reasonably priced.Delivery team were also nice and got rid of plastic/ coverings from other companies deliveries that they would not dispose of it... Great work Oz Design

Ordered furniture beginning September 2020, it arrived end January 2021. Advised of delays twice. Tried to organise one of the items that was in store to arrive seperately but this was denied and they threatened to take my deposit if I cancelled the order. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Items arrived in so much polystyreen and cardboard will need a trip to the tip. Asked the delivery guys if they would take packaging and was just told no. Will never go near this mob again.

Appalling organisation with no customer service or commitment to honesty in what they advise. I ordered lounge furniture 4 months ago, paid in full at their by phone request and delivery was set to a date, then cancelled at least twice because it was more important to deliver furniture to their own stores than to a customer. I’ve cancelled the order and I’m waiting to be refunded. I have heard nothing from this organisation in response to my correspondence.
