Historical site in the central wheatbelt. Ruins of the original homestead. Information plaques detailing the history of the place. I found the sheep yard the most interesting, made of flat pieces of the natural rock found in the area.

Absolutely amazing I can’t fathom the way the early settlers lived and managed the way they did these big slate sections made for sheep yards and all put up with horse and cart, some parts of an old homestead as well, just a great little stop with so much history highly recommended this stop and read the signs learn the history absolutely amazing!
