We had air-conditioning installed through Modcon. Fast forward few years to now, we are starting having issues with the installation. Trying to contact the company via their 1300 number as well as email, but no luck. Extremely frustrating experience in such stressful situation when my aircon is damaging the ceiling and there is no way to contact them. I wonder they're still operating..?
