Been dealt with Ray White Brighton for the last 4-5 years and it's been a pleasant journey. The Property Manager Jessica Trinchini is working super hard on her role to maintain/improve the relationship between the owner and the tenants, to try to offer the best to both parties. Jessica is a great example for all the property managers who is high efficient, has all the up-to-date knowledge about the market and rules. On top of that, when there is a difficult situation to tackle on, she's always there and gives her suggestion/recommendation/options to make things easier/better. I wish all the PM could be like Jessica and the owner could have a piece of quiet in the night and not to worry too much about the houses/tenants/drama. Absolutely 5 star towards to Jessica and the team.

Mike is a great communicator, he is great at predicting needs and offering help. Seeing areas that might affect the speed of the sale and making suggestions on how to alleviate them.He was wonderful at building rapport with potential buyers, and kept me as seller up to date all the way through.
