I don’t usually leave reviews but I always read them! So here I am, hoping to help someone out there like me...I highly recommend these people. Affordable prices and great customer service. Michael and his team did a wonderful job for my brothers 21st birthday (which I booked 2 days before) I wasn’t able to meet them in person as I was running late but they prepped and set up prior to my arrival and made their way out... I arrived and was really pleased with the end result!!! Thanks again guys. Will definitely use you in the future x

Very helpful over the phone, was all booked out on the day but his local knowledge was 2nd to none and we got all our balloons sorted.

Can’t recommend Michael & his services highly enough. Helped coordinate amazing birthday table decorations for a celebration lunch in Sanctuary Cove.Fantastic service, exceptional balloon and flower arrangements all delivered on time as promised! Thanks again!

Contacted by text and phone twice over the space of week, no reply at all. We used them before a couple of years ago and they were good - wondering if they have gone out of business.

I can not thank Gold Coast Balloons enough for going above and beyond in providing me with outstanding service. I have used them twice now and all I can say is they have just been fantastic!!l firstly ordered a gender reveal balloon a few weeks ago, on arrival we realised it was to big to fit in my vehicle and they were more than happy to deliver it to my home.I then called up late Wednesday afternoon hoping I could get balloons for the next morning, they were out of a specific number I wanted, but went out of their way to make a trip to their supplies to make sure I got what I needed, had everything done & delivered to me by 11am the next day... now if that isn’t amazing service I don’t know what is!!I highly recommend them for all your balloon needs and I will continue to use them in the future. :)

Michael and his wife were wonderful in helping me find something that would keep to a budget for my Mum's 90th Birthday ... Michael went above and beyond my expectations. Can't recommend this family highly enough!!
