Our insurance broker closed their doors early this year and all of our policies have been taken over by MACK Insurance Services in Wagga. Since the change over I’ve come to the realisation that I’d wished I’d heard of MACK Insurance sooner. Alicia is absolutely incredible, nothing is too much of a hassle, she promptly replies to all emails and I never have to follow up. My renewals are sent early so we are prepared, and that’s something I had not experienced with our previous broker. I’m so grateful that our policies have ended up here and I would not hesitate in recommending MACK- in particular, Alicia to anyone who will listen.
