There is something to say to experience customer service from people who want to work where they do. Always consistently great service. The store policies are not always what you want and the price of a used game sold back to the store sometimes are so low as to physically hurt. Also someone needs to tell me what a carrot from their loyalty card gets me because I have been buying for years and have never got anything for it.

The staff are great. They aren't pushy if you're obviously just there for browsing, but if you have questions they're responsive, and they do go to the effort to know more niche games, for people who aren't about the bigger AAA stuff.It would b nice if there was a bigger range, though. I'm seeing the store slowly overtaken with hardware, peripherals, and merchandise, even though there's a Zing right next door (for the merch). JB Hi-Fi, just above this store, has a better rotation of games, which is disappointing, because I'd rather support the dedicated game store.

Amazing staff, Ange and Reagan (I hope I spelled them correctly) are awesome managers and amazing people. They're always willing to go out of their way seemingly for me. They matched a price for me yesterday without the need of me mentioning it, which was lovely.Still the best place for games in Gong.

I love EB Games because where the hell else am I going to go for my nerd needs? JB hi-fi sells their games for cheaper but have you heard of price matching? It'll change. Your life.Only thing I would change about EB Games, is that I can never tell if they're having a sale.

The staff at this store are super helpful and always willing to find the best deals for you. I had a warranty issue with a controller and the swap over was so easy and seamless. In typical EB games fashion they aren't the cheapest but will always price match if you can find a better deal. Given their after sales support it's worth paying the extra in my opinion and supporting a store that specialises in gaming.
