Bond Cleaning Gold Coast

Used this complaint for a end of lease bond clean. The clean itself was good but they broke our soda stream while cleaning and tried to hide it. I messaged them straight away and had no response. Since then I’ve emailed Johnson COUNTLESS times and also emailed the customer service and no one has responded to me. Disappointing. I know accidents happen but if they were honest about it I’d have more respect for the company. Instead they tried to act like it didn’t happen and now don’t reply to emails. Won’t recommend.

Cleaning was ok I guess, but quote was reviewed upon their arrival once you couldn't say no anymore, and they demanded payment even before starting the work.Quote on the phone was $299 for a 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom house and rose to $500 because the house was bigger" than anticipated.FYI

Worst service I ever had in our life, quoted us a huge amount of money for 10 hours work, they came and did nothing for 2 hours and left.Blacklisted from real stateNEVER USE AUSTRAL CLEANING

***SCAM COMPANY***Absolutely shocking service!Paid for a full bond and carpet clean only to return to NOTHING have been done. Didn’t even wipe the kitchen bench or clean the light switches.Contacted them several times for a refund or re clean only to be dodged and promised cleaning that never showed up. No communication on the re clean and no attempt to show up.Refused to give refund even after I supplied 30+ photos of evidence and an exit form from the real estate.THEY WILL NOT KEEP TO THEIR LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT and they don’t care.Will be taking to to fair trading.

Booked a house cleaning through them. Got a quote and had it scheduled for 9am on Monday. Called them about 5 times between 9 and 11 trying to find out why they hadn't shown up. Finally got a hold of them and was told they would be there shortly". It's now 11:50 and they still aren't here. Called again and was told I can either wait or reschedule for tomorrow. Instead I'm cancelling and going to find another company"

EDIT: Since refusing to take responsibility for damaging the fan and failing to attend the property to rectify issues in time the only response I have received from Austral was to accuse me of 'targeting cleaners'. I find this ridiculous seeing as I am the one out of pocket, and the cleaner at the time was claiming he owned multiple investment properties.Absolutely disgusted with the service we received from Austral cleaning Gold Coast. Their lack of communication, professionalism, and care was disappointing bordering on just plain ridiculous.We had contracted Austral to provide a bond clean on our one bedroom apartment, some of the issues we had:- I emailed the day before to confirm all was going ahead only to be told they had not gotten a confirmed cleaner for our appointment and would not be able to conduct the clean (disappointingly I had to contact them to find out this news.- After some argument they seemed to find a cleaner from nowhere (we got this news on the afternoon after having chased them all day)- The cleaners did not turn up at 9am as we were told, I then get a message to say they are not going to be there for another half an hour- The cleaners then proceeded to argue about the price for the clean and generally conduct themselves in a rude manner- I return at the end of the clean to find they had damaged one of the ceiling fans which was now hanging from its electrical wire over the kitchen, this I was told by the cleaner was not their fault and they would not take responsibility- three emails to Austral later and still no response around them taking responsibility for the cost of having this fixed- one incoherent call from the cleaner later and still no resolution- Real estate determines two issues with the bond clean to which we contacted both the cleaner and Austral and have received no response- We have now had to pay to repair the ceiling fan as well as fix the bond clean and nobody from Austral seems to want to talk to usI would only warn any potential customers to completely avoid Austral as they are clearly incapable of providing the required service or offering any level of customer service

Absolute Scammers !!! I Lost my Bond $1200. If i can give zero stars to them i would do so, Cleaners was rude. Customer service was terrible. i contacted so may times but no response. Cleaners also stole some stuffs from my home like, my cars battery and toolkit. Please do not waste your precious time and money!!!

Avoid this company, they charge a rediculous amount and bond still gets taken due to their negligence. I will be taking them to the ACCC as they refused a refund now resulting in me being out of pocket for another bond cleaner from another company to do the job properly.

Extremely disappointed.We paid close to $1000 for a bond clean and carpet clean. They finished everything in lightning speed which confused me given a carpet clean as well as bond clean.They wouldn't let me pay prior. On the day they were requoting and upselling.House did not smell cleanSpecifically asked for an oven clean. It was ok. But not the standard expected from a professional.Bathrooms were not clean. Our rental agency made us come back to reclean them plus all bench tops.Tracks were passable just. We had cleaned walls. But found splashes on them afterward. Not a lot of care. Could go on.Thank goodness the rental agency was leniant on us as they new how much we paid. Not a professional standard.Have sent them my complaint. Received back a disclaimer. They did not address anything.This was a 2 year old house. Easy to clean.Unsatisfied

Do not use this company. We paid more than $250 for a steam clean on carpet. On inspection the carpet appeared to not have been cleaned. The company then organised a 'fix-up' and said no guarantees". Again the carpet looked like it had only been vacuumed. We then had to get a specialist carpet cleaner in
