Bridge View Motel
We called and booked here on a Wednesday for a Saturday night stay that coming weekend (after a wedding). The motel took credit card details. After attending the wedding, we started the commute to the hotel on Saturday afternoon, ringing to confirm booking and found that they had cancelled our room, giving it to another person earlier that day. Do not recommend, otherwise have a backup plan.

Big rooms, excellent location and well priced. Even though it's by the road the rooms are not noisy. Perfect for a longer relaxing stay.

This may not be a 5-star luxury motel but the welcome was extremely friendly (5-star) and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts served in the rooms. The managing couple were a delight to meet and we thoroughly enjoyed our two overnight stays a few days apart. Recommended to anyone looking for clean, friendly accommodation.

CHEAP CHEERFUL on the north end of the coast. Old and run down but very CLEAN. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice owners. If you don’t know the area, Gorokan is very centrally located. If you have kids to entertain, there’s a free pool and free wifi. Cheapest in the area. Gorokan shops is 6 minute walk and has all the basics including food options. 300 m across the road is Wallarah Bay Rec club, licensed with pokies, bars and lunch and dinner options. Over 30 restaurants to choose from on Menulog delivery. As long as you set your expectations appropriately you’ll be very happy. I know so much because I’m living here at the moment. Cheers, Simon

1 star is too much!CHEAP & NASTY!!!!!We stayed here in December 2022.Big mistake & waste of money!The bed was a thin plank of wood frame covered with material to look like a mattress but it wasn’t & a 2 inch mattress topper to sleep on.Absolutely disgusting, we have never experienced this at any motel/hotel before EVER!!How could anyone put a good review on here when the beds are like this.When I complained the next morning & demanded a full refund the office girl said she would have her boss call me but of course they didn’t!We will never be staying here again nor should anyone else!!These people should not be running a motel!

The cost was more when we arrived, told 270 for 2 nights ended up 350.The room was a good size, a little outdated but fine but the bathroom was shabby and small.

It's no 5 star hotel but comfortable with a decent sized room for the price. Staff were helpful.
