Urgent matters of our rental property, such as a water leak, were not addressed promptly. Tenille Gardner has not organised the services required, even after several Emails and phone calls and months of assuring us she'll get on top of it.Extremely disappointing.

We have recently applied for a property through this agent. My partner and I submitted the application right after inspection. We have waited for 5 days and there is no progress, we tried to email twice but no response. We called Raff once and the agent said she will process the application soon. Then we sent a text to follow up and no response. After 7 days waiting, I logged on the application portal and noticed the property has been leased today. Without any auto message or reply from the agent.Regardless of the application result, it is the basic rule that you should respect your client by at least providing a response or notice, especially we have been chasing multiple times and put efforts in filling in the form but we havent heard any update back.This is the worst agency that we have ever encountered. Please note the choice is mutual, we will never consider renting any property from this agency. (I left one star as the male agent who took us for inspection is very professional). The rest service, I will give 0. Very disappointing experience.

I have had the amazing pleasure of renting a property with Rendina for nearly 2 years, and overall, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic!All my concerns were attended to in a timely manner my property manager, Silvana, and I was kept in the loop with all the relevant communications every single time.I have rented from many agents in the area over the years, but so far no one has compared to the friendly, professional, and client-centred service that Rendina have offered.I will definitely rent from them again!
