The team here were helpful and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. They have great customer service with a little drink station, I was pleasantly surprised. Most definitely coming back here. I highly recommend if you are looking for designer brands at great prices.

TFG offers a wide range of vintage and designer pieces and constantly restocks the shop with new items. Staff are also super welcoming and friendly. I’ve purchased from them several times and would definitely recommend to anyone <3

What an absolutely based store. Good prices, good stock, good location. Got everything I've been eyeing online, will be back again for more.

i’ve been at this location once before in December. I went here again today for the 2023 reopening and waited 15+ minutes (30 minutes since we got there at 11:45 before opening time) and still no movement from the line before we and other people decided to leave. Forced to stand in the 35 degree heat with no shelter, and no information nor indication from any of the staff members as to when we would be let in the store. Instead, staff members would occasionally come out to take videos of the long queue to post on their social media, meanwhile everyone else is forced to stand in the hot sun. Absolutely outrageous service coming from a store that sells battered and beaten designer bags. it’s worth the wait if you want to buy second hand designer items in poor condition, but no one in their right mind wouldn’t even wait that long to buy products from a REAL designer store. You just lost a big customer, willing to spend over 2k worth of items.
