Woolworths Stafford

It's ok. A little understaffed at moment. Poor Check out employee was requesting those in line up to go to self check out. I had too many groceries. Eventually a 2nd check out employee came to open up another check out.

These guys are always super friendly. Always happy to help if needed. I have some disabilities that change in severity everyday. It's nice to know I can shop and these guys are keeping an eye out, they've got my back. This Woolies has a decent range of products, there is normally a Woolworths brand version available and in stock of most items.

Rude staff, I was shopping in a section and the group of male staff came in and made me uncomfortable while I was choosing groceries. They left me without space to shop in that section. I used to work in the supermarket and I was taught not to restock where the person is standing and shopping.

The worst Woolworths i have ever shopped at. Every single staff member looking so unhappy & miserable within themselves, i don’t blame them with the rude duty manager that works in the service desk every day.Someone please teach this woman some basic customer service skills & how to use an inside voice.

Small store never seems to have my sour dough fresh baked any more staff shopping or stocking do not move help or aid in moving aside so we can pass by. But that's in slot of Woolies now so I go to Coles now

Go through self serve today very busy young fella working had no idea. Lady next to us had waited over ten minutes for grocery price check. Ten minutes later last days I’m out of here still no grocery staff member. We scan our first Cobb salad shelf ticket says $3.25 not $6.50 charged. Young fella calls produce fir price check. Waiting waiting waiting still no produce staff member so I go take photo so that young fella can fix. No I’m not allowed to change prices. I will get in trouble. Again waiting waiting and more waiting not that young fellas fault. He walks over and says I will change it. Management were standing around not even helping. Piss poor service. Managers need to give themselves an uppercut and help the staff out.

Busy, night fillers not keeping up. Poor variety non food items. Don't want to find Goodguys for a hair wand and stick mixer when I'm shopping already. Also a front end controller grey hair 50+ in sports shorts and runners with a Woolies shirt over. Fine line between casual and professional. 11 staff at front end but couldn't get assist in dairy or non stnd section Easter at moment. 4 staff in front end control box, work for 1 of them. Must not have w/E management. Salaried staff / confirmed mgrs never seen on trading floor. Get them facing up shelves so the grocery boy can Stock some empty shelves. Stores are scanning ,what's store manager doing in office, besides cash postings and drinking tea ,find something needs doing, not just delegate , sitting around trying to work out why a 50% mark up doesn't convert to a 50% gp.Salary , bonus, car & gold name badge for an aging f&v polisher . Do some creative in store promotions to up sales & improve bottom line. Not work out how to get more health n beauty lines in your brief case, better than staff discount hey?

Great place to get grocery.

This is the worst woolworths I've ever shopped at! They never have fresh fruit or veggies in stock! Items are always misplaced or out of stock. They currently have catalogues hanging off strings instead of which isle you can find items in. And ofcourse no staff can be found to askNot to mention how loud the store is making it unfriendly for anyone who has sensory processing disorders. Shopping here is stressful and unpleasent. Pick your game!
