Went in a couple of months ago as my toddler had an ear infection. The GP was rude, argumentative and told me she would not come near my toddler until he took a covid test (showing no signs of covid what so ever). She has no people skills and should not be practising medicine. Went to my usual doctor the next day and he straight away diagnosed an ear infection. Thank you for the worst experience I have ever had at the doctors.

Both the GPs and the nurse are great, the reception lady with dark hair has been incredibly rude and short with me every time I come in.I have explained I am hard of hearing and that masks make it hard to converse. She gets very annoyed quickly when needing to repeat herself.

Dr Gnanalatha Edirisinghe was coughing the whole time in my 1 year old’s face while examining her. Sure you’re wearing a mask, but it’s a normal mask, not a n95 or better. Doesn’t matter if you’re wearing a mask or not, the least you could do is turn your head away when you’re coughing. Completely unprofessional.

Dr. Dia was great with my 3 year old and 1 year old. Appointment was on time as well and they didn't make us wait. Bulk bill doctors and very close to home. We were happy with our first visit.

Hopeless. We waited past our appointment time for half an hour and when I asked if it was going to be much longer, the receptionist said we still had one more person in front of us - to which this person piped up and said that they had been waiting an hour. No courtesy call, no apology for the delay, just a big ol waste of time.

I had an appointment today for the first time and was a little hesitant after reading the negative reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised.Receptionist, doctor and nurse were all super lovely and thorough. I had to bring my two young kids and they tried to distract them with Ballons and sticker while I had a check up. It was a very clean and nice place and all in all a very good experience. I couldn’t believe that it as bulk billed.

I have seen Dr Gnanalatha Edirisinghe several times now and have always found her to be very thorough and explains everything. Would highly recommend her. Have always found reception very good as well.

Dr Andrew Mullet is amazing. He is so good with settling nervous kids and explains things thoroughly.
