Smartowners were prompt and efficient.They came exactly when they said they would, completed the work in a timely manner, and left our house as they found it.There was no rubbish left, no old screens left, just perfect new security screens that have taken years off our 33 year old home.This was a very positive experience - the staff were wonderful!

A very professional team. From the free quote to the finished product, it was hassle free. Our minds were set at ease when the staff delayed the work due to the weather citing that the new work on the roof would not be effective for the long term if he rushed it. Returned to complete the job when weather was better. A thorough finish too. Happy to recommend anytime.

Paid for works to be carried out November 2022. Works have not completed and as at 13th February 2023 the Company is now in liquidation and not replying to any correspondence. There should be criminal consequences/ penalties for the Director/s.

Just had our roof restoration done - what a difference! Our roof went from a cream to 'monument' - a charcoal colour and it looks fabulous. I can't help admiring the change. We also got Smartowners to install security screens/doors last year and continue to be very happy with the outcome. It is so different to just look through a screen to the outside and not see bars or grilles impeding the view!We highly recommend Smartowners for their excellent service, products, friendly and professional staff and easy payment options. Well done Daryl, Jay and Jacinta - you'll be the first ones we call for our next home update!

Harley came my house initially to introduce smart owners. He was bright, happy and professional. He booked Paul to come inspect the roof and go from there. Paul was prompt and professional. We had a good laugh in the inspection process. The roof was done in a matter of a week and it looks BRAND NEW. Could not recommend these

This is the second house I have had the roof repaired and restored with smart owners. They did just as great a job as the first time. All the staff were so easy to deal with and they were punctual and always contacted or turned up when they said they would. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Very pleased with the work on our roof! It made such a difference to the house. Everyone, including office staff (especially Robyn) was very accommodating, and their best to meet our expectations. Thank you for helping us with the choice of the colours to achieve the desired effect!!!
