Megan Shannon from NDSP Plan Managers has been immensely helpful to me - as a provider serving #ndis clients.It can be hard to navigate the #ndis , and it makes a world of difference having an expert you can trust.Based on my experience as a provider (and also someone who has directed a friend to NDSP for help), I heartily recommend them :)

Previously I gave NDSP 5 stars because their service was outstanding. However ever since they merged with some other plan management company, NDSP’s service went rapidly down the hill. NDSP now seems to be understaffed, when you call them, they put you on hold, they don’t return messages anymore, they make errors and it takes them now forever to fix their mistakes, and their payments now take longer. Therefore, I’m dropping my previous 5 stars down to 3 stars.

My dealings with NDSP as a provider have always been positive. They are prompt with communication and payment of invoices.

I think their license must be canceled. Pathetic service to say the least. Dont deserve even one star.No response over the phone or emails. Run out of funding and they never reported we are running low on funding until after three weeks when we have a pile of invoices to pay.Stay away from them if your really looking for a reliable service.****************************Update : Despite posting their response to this review (that, I'll be contacted by NDSP to fix this). I never received any call or reply to my emails. So please don't assume they are even trying to fix the mess they created. I'll update this review if they did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of communication from the company is woefully inadequate. Left $8,000 out of pocket, as they wouldn’t communicate. I performed work for one of their clients. They knew there was no funding, as they were “Managing” the client funding. Only late after the debt started incurring, did they advise they couldn’t pay. Poor performance from a supposedly professional company.

You should be banned from being plan managers.It is baffling how this place has a license to handle thousands of dollars of participant funding. Incompetent and will never pay an invoice on time although they charge their fee upfront, ridiculous.
