Best footlocker store I’ve been to. Thank you Joshua for the super easy and friendly service.

There was a time when I could go to foot locker every week and cop something fresh. Nowadays all the stock is wak as f$&k.

Purchased the Jordan Retro 6 sneakers online and they arrived with only one blue toggle. Visited the Morley store to ask about it and the Store Manager told me they only came with one, which the website photos clearly show two, so firstly I was lord to. Spoke to another store and it was confirmed they come with two. Directed to speak to the consultants online which I did. Was told on many occasions I can only have a refund because I paid via afterpay and there was nothing else that can be done. Can refund and then re purchase the shoes - to be out of pocket and have this process take even longer.Was then offered a 20% discount for the two week long inconvenience to then be told I can only use it on full price items. Customer service is extremely poor especially in todays climate. These shoes aren’t “cheap” items and I am unsatisfied with the level of service and the fact I cannot have an exchange for a faulty pair of shoes. They were not delivered as the website photos and therefore I should be able to have an exchange. I am not asking for money back, I want a new pair of shoes to EXCHANGE the current pair we have that do not match what has been advertised on your website.

Staff were pretty unenthusiastic, offered only bare minimum help. Didn't even do a proper shoe sizing for my sons shoes. Also offer a very limited range of shoes especially for teenagers.

Would give zero if I could. Rude male staff who didnt even bother to serve me as they were too busy talking amongst themselves making disgusting remarks about women. Guy doing the hygiene service" on the door overheard my remark as I walked out and laughed at me."

Not sure why they don't even bother to pick up the phone.

4 staff members on a Sunday...no customer service too busy chatting to each other...I was asked how does that shoe is it okay...considering I had my own shoe on that attention was hilarious...bought a $220 pair of shoes after selling them to myself...seriously are these kids earning their wages I'm not thinking so...very disappointing.

Never any stock in big sizes of shoes. Not just this store. All stores in Australia. Good luck finding basketball shoes over size 13
