JN Luxury Nails

I was quoted $32 for a normal polish pedicure, not a bad experience but when I went to pay, I was advised there was a $2 surcharge for using eftpos!! I didn’t question and simply paid it, but honestly this is actually illegal and just not necessary. The fees they are charged as a merchant are so small, they are easily absorbed by the fees they charge their customers for their service. The pedicure was lovely.

Terrible!Went in on a Wednesday and they have a sign advertising SNS with tips is $50. Went to pay and was told I owe them $55 'because they removed my old acrylics'. Went to use my card and saw $57 on the screen. Asked why it had gone up another $2 and without a word, she pointed at a small sign advising they charge a $2 surcharge for EFTPOS.3 days later (Saturday) I go in at 9am as on Friday, one of my nails broke while trying to open a door. I asked if they could please replace it and was told it would cost me $10. After questioning why it was so expensive when a whole set costs $55, I was told I wasn't being careful enough and would have to pay. I was also told off for arriving at 9am when they open at 9am.I used to love this salon and would come here every 2 weeks but sadly, after this experience, and their treatment of their return customers, I won't be back.

Worst ever experience!!! Started with my massage chair didn’t work, then I just wanted my toes done. Nail polish only to be removed and fresh polish applied. Simple! Everywhere I have been I’ve had this I dont have anything but nail polish… 3 coats.. an undercoat and top cost clear with 2 coats of colour. Today I got 2 colour and a top coat and it cost me $20!!!! What a rip off… the girls didn’t say hello or engage in any conversation with me or any other client there. They spoke to themselves only and ignored everyone… very unprofessional! Will never recommend or go back there… rude and ripped off!!!

Attended on Sunday 2nd April, there was a man there that I’ve never seen there before. He wrapped my nails to remove the sns and left it on for about 25 mins before he came back to me, he drilled off what was left then cut off all of my natural nails. He then glued the tips on. He cut the tips with scissors rather than the clippers and I felt like he was going to rip the tips off, as well as my own nails, what was left of them!!!He started to drill the nails down and burnt me several times, no apologies, just carried on. Then the powder dipping started, what a mess, I felt like crying. He spoke to one of the other girls in his own language then walked off, she came over and said she would finish my nails. She filed the sns off that he had applied and eventually finished my nails. It was the worst experience I have ever gone through at a nail bar, there was no sorry or no discount offered. I won’t be going back there again.

Poor service , nails chipped, push you to get cash, never relaxing, one of the ladies very rude

They’ve got me!!!!It’s like trying to find another mechanic or a GP…..very arduous tasks, but ones that I will do because I need to. I don’t need to get my nails done, I choose too, and, I’m paying for a task that is not a need but a want.And I want my nails done.Finding a good nail tech, like a couple of the beautiful girls I’ve found at JN Luxury Nails, and less than one km from my front door, is fantastic!The fact that I can express what I want to my nail tech, and to leave the store with a very big smile!These guys are artists!Not your run of the mill nail techs, but artists, who take pride in their art. It shows just how much your smile and happiness means to them when you are done, is because of the happiness and joy that they’ve brought to just one more person in this crazy world we live inAnd lastly there’s an old saying, “you get what you pay for”.Perfect example right here!

Very pleased with my first visit here. Will be going back again! Had my old tips removed and got a manicure and French SNS with tips done for $67, which is much cheaper than other places have charged me in the past. The ladies were very attentive and particular about making sure the shape and finish of my nails was perfect. Thankyou keep up the great service :)

Not very happy with acrylic shellac they did for me. I chose a french style and I notice there’s visible dirt like fluff in the nails and noticed that the next day the sides were starting to open up like they’re about to come off. The lady wasn’t gentle with my fingers either and didn’t really listen to what I wanted. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Went and got sns done, they didn’t get the shape right they were very rough and cut my finger more then once they are also very rudeWould not recommend going to them I will never go back!!!

I like having my pedicure done here because the ladies always do a great job and they take care to do the nails properly and they don’t use the power tools which I much prefer! Friendly and professional service every-time I come here
