This is my second home. I love being here because I always feel welcomed, safe, and the sense of community is like a second family. There is never any judgement or pressure. Coaches are fun and know their stuff too.

Northern Light Sport and Fitness
I've been at crossfit 6168 close to a year now. I joined up then fell pregnant. The crew at 6168 are amazing. Instead of making me feel like a burden or a worry, they tailored each work out for me. This place is amazing. With awesome coaches and a fantastic small family vibe. Can't wait to come back once I am able to after the birth of my baby and get back into my training! Thanks team for all you have done for me.

A fantastic Gym to attend with great coaches an awesome people to work out with..I’ve been attending Northern Light Fitness for nearly 5 years,, my fitness has exceeded my expectations with the help from not just the coaches, but everybody else who attends and at 50 years of age I feel great..Thanks Northern Light Fitness I really do hope I will be there for many many more years to come.

NORTHERN LIGHT FITNESS is the best community of people to workout with. No judgement and family friendly. I began working out here very unfit and was never made to feel uncomfortable. My kids also love coming to hang out at the gym with me!

Crossfit 6168 offers a variety of services such as CrossFit and Olympic lifting classes, a kids area, and a place to belong. Every time you step foot in the gym you are met with an amazing community that is warm and welcoming. The staff consistently upholds a professional standard with a strong knowledge of movements and the way our bodies work. On top of that the staff have a high level of knowledge on nutrition, supplements and recovery. All of this makes me feel comfortable that my fitness journey is in great hands.

Northern Light Sport and Fitness
I have been attending Northern Lights Fitness for over 3 years and i wouldn't go anywhere else.After suffering a back injury 18 months ago which left me with very few options of what i could do physically, the coaches at NLF greatly assisted in my recovery and i am fitter and stronger than i was before.The people at NLF are definitely what make it. We are more than just a gym, we are a family. I consider myself so incredibly lucky to be apart of this gym, and i encourage anyone who is thinking about it, no matter what fitness level, to come and check us out!
