Got something delivered with uber eats and they forgot to put my wrap in the bag before packaging it and sending it off, after that we called them and the service was spectacular they apologised and gave us a free large chips when we got there

I just want to say I always have the most pleasant experience when I come through drive thru. The staff are always so lovely and I just get the best customer service experience! So big shoutout to you guys and the manager that is usually there in the morning you guys are doing the most so thank you! Keep doing what you are doing!

MacDonalds is getting worse and worse. 3 managers in there tonight. Zero person cleaning. Store is putrid filthy, disgusting on every single surface floor to roof. Luke warm food falling to pieces with minimal ingredients. This has to be the last time I eat here. Easy or not.

Our order was stuffed up on Friday night after the footy march 03/03/23 kids spent $28.45 on dinner the service was disgusting Waited over 20mins for nuggets and a cheese burger we rang up to complain the next morning just to let them know what the problem was we were told we should of called the store or returned to the store the time was after 10.45pm it was pouring with rain we live in the upper blue mountains we didn't want any refund or a meal replacement we were just informing them so it doesn't happen again the manager was so rude over the phone when we called the next day the manager said she wasn't in a good headspace to deal with me and my complaint she hung up we will never step inside there again kfc is across the street and they asked me to fill in a survey no way in hell

Huge thanks to the cooks tonight my grill burger was cooked and looked just like the picture, not to much sauce and right amount salad. It was also really hot as were the chips and nuggets. Good work Emu Mc Donalds.

To be honest I had the greatest customer service from the manager looking after my order, he seen me sitting down at the table waiting for my order to be ready and he took it upon himself to walk my food over to me when my order was ready, yes I was the only one in the store but he could have easily just placed it on the counter and called out to me like most McDonalds do!! Same with the lady running the cafe that night, she walked my coffee to my table and told me to enjoy my meal!! Absolutely fantastic service, it doesn’t take a lot to be a good person but the 2 workers that night put a smile on my face and made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable for the time I was there.

A frappe with no whipped cream is a standard order I have made all over NSW...There is absolutely nowhere that leaves the cup so empty as Macca's, Emu Plains...an absolute joke! How much would a 100 grams extra ice eat into their profits vs the potential good will from customers...step up Emu!
