They answered all my queries and questions in a timely and efficient manner. Once i ordered the products they arrived within days so happy with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend them for all your hair care and product needs.

In love with the treatment been using them for ages. Cocochoco Keratin turned my curls nearly dead straight. Customer service is wonderful and I’m really thankful for the cashmere mask does wonder on my hair. The Silk Boost Split End cream smells amazing, it protects my ends from splitting and helps grow my hair. Next too try is the Hair Botox!!Would highly recommend the products.

Cocochoco's keratin treatment is a total game-changer! Not only has my hair stayed incredibly soft, smooth and shiny for three months AND GOING, the products I purchased had an incredible scent and texture, repairing my previously damaged hair from bleaching and heat styling. I absolutely adore these hair products, particularly the Argan Oil - its scent is divine. Their professionalism is impressive. The delivery is always prompt, and I receive a sweet little surprise in the package every time - so cute.

Amazing!!! Absolutely amazing, if your thinking about purchasing please don’t hesitate. I have tried K18, Olaplex and they are rubbish compared to Cocochoco. First time using the shampoo, mask, blonde mousse, don’t even get me started on the mousse. Not a golden piece of blonde left in my hair. And the leave in treatment. My hair has never in my entire 33 years of living been this nourished. I’m already shopping for more as I write this. Resana is hands down the most gorgeous woman. She helped me every step of the way in choosing products that would help my current hair situation. Get onto this people, you don’t know what your missing!!!

I was very impressed with my training I had with Resana, she is super helpful and made me feel so confident by the end of our lesson. Help is always a call or text away and I always get the best advice to improve my learning! Omg ! I washed my hair with the aftercare products after 2 days of the treatment and it feels amazing and so healthy!!!! I only dried it with blow dryer for like 5mins and all the frizz has gone, seriously I think this one of the best ones I’ve ever had done! I’m so happy. The service was so informative about the aftercare products I couldn’t find a fault with the service and the product. Seriously l highly recommend it!! The product speaks for it self. I am starting my own business for Keratin and approached Cocochoco for training. The staff were prompt with their responses and answered all my calls, if not, they called me back within 24 hrs. I flew to Melbourne for the training since the correspondence was such a great experience already. They do offer online training however I preferred in person. Resana was lovely to deal with and her experience gave me extra confidence. Resana would demonstrate and explain the process and let you take over the process while supervising and giving you feedback and/or improvement tips to get the best result. Resana also provided business advice and offers to contact her at any time with any questions, so it wasnt just about the product and treatment.
