Bega Downs Motor Inn

The rooms were clean, but the second day, no one came to renew coffee, shampoo, etc.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The location is perfect. The manager (Andrew) was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The vibe of the place was chill. Honestly, it was just a great place to stay.

I wish I could give a higher rating. I have had to stay at the Bega Downs for work several times. Each of the rooms are adequately appointed with everything you would need for a short stay.The rooms at Bega Downs have consistently been the cleanest rooms of any hotel I have stayed in! The bed and bedding is comfortable and fresh. The shower is lovely and hot. The air con heats the room up quickly which is great for how chilly Bega gets in winter.The staff are all amazing, they make you feel like a welcome guest instead of just a number. I honestly could not fault the service at Bega Downs.

One of the nicest owners I've ever met. We had a total of 4 families with us staying at this motel which makes for a very loud crowd. The owner was very hospitable and provided everything we needed. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great common area and campfire. Overall it was a great stay.

This deserves an even higher rating. This is the biggest room I’ve ever stayed in with clean fresh bedding, carpets and THE most softest towels I’ve ever used. Also notable, the hot water is beyond hot, the wifi excellent, Laundry facilities super handy, decent kitchenette bench space and well stocked crockery, refreshing swimming pool after a long drive and while not that far from the coast, priced so much more affordable for a family in comparison to coastal properties. Andrew was amazing. He made us feel so welcome, actually all the guests were super friendly too. I highly recommend Bega Downs.

This was a very well run, clean and friendly place to stay . It was very refreshing after the night before. A credit to the young couple that own it . The beds are extremly comfortable and are new. The shower is very clean and was hot and easy to regulate the water. Due to covid the restaurant is closed but the club was a good choice and has a courtesy bus.Would stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone who is in the area.

You get exactly what you expect from a Motel room. The room was very large and especially very clean! Walking distance to supermarket and so. It's a good stay for a night when you're on the road.Unfortunately the wifi wasn't working properly.

We had two rooms booked for a family of 6. They don't have interconnecting rooms but gave us rooms that were adjacent. One room had a queen with 3 singles, while the other had a queen with one single. The rooms were clean and suitably appointed and both had an air conditioner - however we couldn't get the one of them to work. There was also a bar heater in the larger room which was ideal.There is ample parking and while its a short drive to the main street, its in a quiet area. The reception has breakfast packs for in room dining. The rooms each have a toaster, kettle and small fridge. However they don't have a sink which makes cleaning up difficult.Overall a good stay and we will be back here when we visit Bega again.

Shonky business owner.Booked 3 adults room with two beds but owner only provided one bed. Your advertisement and photos clearly showed two beds and charged 3 adults fee. Owner refused to solve the problem.This date of booking is on 30/12/2022
