I've never gone here and not been able to buy what I need.They are a bit expensive, but they pretty much have a corner on the market, so not unexpected.

The guys at Battery World Balcatta are bloody awesome. Went in needing a new battery for my car, which they had in stock and swapped out the old one in 5 minute. I also needed a new plug for my camping fridge. Not only did they have exactly what I needed they also repaired and soldered the new plug to the cable. These guys go above and beyond with their customer service. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Great experience - emailed the owner for pricing. Fast friendly response, no pressure sales type which is what people really want and are looking for.Went in on Monday 12th the guys in shop floor that day were both great, friendly, down to earth good guys. The guy who served me said would stillHonour the 269$ pricing I emailed about the day prior even tho it now at 279$ so I think that is excellent customer service doing this.They pick the battery in front of you and get it sorted right away.My sister had a great experience too, she said she went in got the free battery check and they were actually honest and told her she had 6 months to go, so she went back later and got her battery from them when she needed to. Then she told me about them.Great work guys! Will tell whoever I know about you guys!
