Divers are awesome always get us to where we need to be 5 stars for the drivers....BUT as for the phone service Lady I wouldn't even give her 1 Star for her service.

HORRENDOUS. We received a text at 12.58am by 1.57am the operator told us to wait another 45minutes. Terrible service. Do not recommend. If 0 was a possibly I'd give it 0 star.s.

Was abused by the guy on the phone!I arrived to Horsham off the bus and rang for a taxi upon my arrival. Not a big ask.I waited 45 minutes and made repeat calls to the operator… who eventually hung up telling me I will never get a cab on his watch.I walked 35 mins to my parents house.This business should be deregistered…I waited 45 mins and they could not offer a ride. They ended up abusing me and telling me to walk…..this business is a disgrace

Taxi collected us from the Horsham showgrounds after the 150km Feast.Drove off before we were all in and one of the girls got stuck under the back left door and dragged along the road. The meter kept running while we worked to drag her out.

I ordered a taxi for 6pm tonight pre booked it at 16.20pm I told them where the pickup address is and drop off and it still hadn't arrived by 7pm I should I don't have to wait that long at the back of hospital to be picked up

Taxi driver scratched paint off the front panel of our car with a customer's walker. Confronted the Taxi driver who said It was only the mud guard" which it clearly wasn't. Cab Number 2108."
