Always love heading to Handmade and the first market back didn’t disappoint. Great community of passionate makers and creators and always something new and fun to buy. Time your visit around when you’re hungry and there’s a tasty range of food options so you can grab lunch or a quick snack. One of Canberra’s and Australia’s best Markets in my opinion.

This is our favourite market ever! Amazing selection of quality stall holders where everything is Australian made. We always shop here for the most unique gifts. Fantastic weather proof venue with easy parking.

Handmade Canberra offers a well curated line-up of artisan stalls, as well as gourmet food and beverage. When you talk to the makers, you learn more about the story behind the product, you can feel the passion in everything they do.It is a pleasure for the eyes - and a feast for all senses. I would advise you plan sufficient time to browse all the well presented aisles, shopping handmade home and garden deco, jewellery, clothes, accessories. Head to the last hall to taste - and purchase - chocolate, Italian cannoli or French macarons, small batch alcoholic or non-alcoholic spirits and Australian native syrups!The location is great, with plenty of car space + the tram nearby which makes it easy.Definitely an event not to be missed!

Norita Designs started participating at Handmade Market Canberra last year.I found them incredibly well organised, with a great atmosphere. The staff and stall holders are supportive and friendly.Heating in Winter and cooling in Summer, lots of high quality handmade creations and, it's free admission!. You won't find better.
