I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of the bike service. I originally booked in for a Champion Service. I was contacted by the mechanic/tech before starting the work saying my bike didn't need more than a basic service which cost quite a bit less. Very impressed. Thank you. We were riding at bicentennial and came across park bike was convenient located in the park and I was in need of a water holder and a bike stand. Rachel is friendly and knowledgeable and even offered me cold water in reusable bottle complimentary and perfect fit to my new holder just what I needed on a hot day . One of the gentleman also fitted the accessories on for me too which was ready to use in an instant. Highly recommended. Thank you
