I was lucky enough to have three birthday cakes this year, but the one made by Maria was easily the best looking and more importantly, tasted the best. A two-tiered cake, each of multiple layers had all my guests fighting for a piece. Thanks Maria for all your efforts and for the Star Wars decoration as well, it made me feel 10 years old again, it really made my party!

Visited Sydney in the summer and had opportunity to try Maria’s outstanding mousse cake. Loved the sour and lightly sweet combination. It was just perfect!
