Love going to this Sensory Lab branch inside the roasting HQ. Great aroma filling the space and friendly staff. Would be difficult to find this kind of space anywhere else in the world.

$7.50 for an oat latte that was the size of a standard medium is crazy expensive!!! I was disappointed that there was no option for lactose free milk but the coffee was very tasty. No coffee is worth that price however.

This is the best cafe in Port Melbourne and they've started getting really busy which is a credit to Ella's work. Theres a selection of pastries, pretty damn good bacon and egg rolls, plus a superb selection of cakes and bakes from local suppliers. They've got everything here. Merch, coffee for at home, equipment so you can train to be a home Barista. They'll even sell you a coffee machine like a Linea mini. For now though, if you want a snack and a coffee in Port Melbourne, I guess this is the place to go. Dine in and takeaway available. I like to each my lunch outside with dine in or my keep cup. That way I'm saving on waste too. P.S. Forgot to mention they have pie thief pies too.

Absolutely devine coffee from the cafe. I like that the cafe is part of the factory and you can see and hear the roasting machinery at work and with a very keen eye see the beans getting roasted.Do yourself a favour and get down to St Ali.
