F45 Training Newcastle

The absolute BEST! I've trained at several location and Newcastle is one of the best! The trainers are super friendly and always happy to help. I'm training for a specific event and in each class they tailor the workout to suit my needs. They really do go above an beyond! Highly recommend!

F45 in Morisset has brought a whole new perspective to my training. The staff are amazing and personable, they take the time to check in with me on my training experience and goals as well as offering ongoing advice and support. Classes are AWESOME! Alana in particular has an energy about her that naturally brings me into a good space to train. Courtney shows great interest into her members training and achievements and is very encouraging. Every session is different, i don't have to think about it, i just show up and train. All workouts to date have smashed me in a good way!

F45 Newcastle West have made me feel welcome since the day I arrived. The staff are really energetic and encourage me to push myself. I use to dread going to the gym but now I’m waking up looking forward to it!

I was always a bit apprehensive about F45 training and thinking it would be too tough. The staff at F45 Morisset are fantastic:- skilled, helpful, motivating and always having a good time. Their enthusiasm is infectious. I did 5 classes this week and think I am hooked.

Been to a few other F45 venues , gyms, PTs before but F45 Newcastle is everything you need from training programs. Studio has a great atmosphere and vibe, from other members to the amazing coaches. Having the coaches spend time with you on form, setting targets, encouraging etc is big plus as you are in a class setting but almost getting 1-1 training also .The energy in the room motivates you to push harder, even smile through the class, but 45 minutes, varied daily work outs from strength days, to cardio, to hybrid but whatever the class you know you have been pushed and coached along the way . Loved my first few weeks at F45 Newcastle , so has my wife and it's great to train together when we can. Cannot fault it.........................and Reegan manages with a smile and energy that adds to all the above.

Such a vibe! Really got me pushing myself and enjoying working out again! Such a good team and a positive space to train!
