Great customer service experience ilwe have had!!! Hands down great place to buy your beds!! Didn't feel pressures to purchase a bed. But with their friendly staff we did buy an amazing bed!!

Initial service was great, but the $2,200 mattress I purchased makes strange noises on both sides when I get out of bed. Like the springs are straining under my average weight. I didn't notice the issues in store because the mattress was located right under a noisy TV. Went in to ask explore what was going on and what could be done as I don;t consider the noise to be normal or acceptable at this price point. Staff said they would call me back with a solution. I didn't hear from anyone.

Bought a trundle bed from these guys. Everything we looked at they had in stock. No waiting. It is amazing quality. Also bought some sheets and quilt covers. Great prices and amazing service. We always come back to these guys. Thanks again Steve and the crew.

I bought a lovely queen bed from bedpost and the quality is fantastic. Stephen was very helpful with the purchase and lovely to deal with.I also have my childhood bed in my daughters room, bought by my parents from Bedpost over 20 years ago. Thank you to one of the partners service today, but may i suggest that you consider getting rid of your Chinese and Asian made furniture as you are so critical of these products. So as a Chinese customer that was in there today I had to listening to you talk endlessly about how Chinese and Asian made beds are so bad and cheap, and in the end it successfully annoyed me to the point where i had to walk away from that shop even though we were considering buying something. If this was what you wanted to achieve you certainly achieved that, which is quite time wasting for both of us, isn’t it?? Saving some time to introducing your products themselves better instead of keeping the attitude of Asian and Asian made products are inferior as these products earn you an income as well as local products. Wouldn’t it more benefit for your business?

We purchased our bed on the 6th of August 2022. We received great service from the guy who sold us the bed (a caucasian blond man) he was a very good salesperson, very knowledgeable as he has been in the industry for nearly 40 years he said. He then told us to lay on the bed to ensure we are getting the comfort we are looking for. Not pushy, unlike competitors' stores. Gave us enough time to make sure we are making the right decisions. The transaction, and pick up was very smooth. This will be our go-to store for beds from now on.

Known Steve for many years. Fantastic service and a true local. 40 years in the business and the knowledge shows and dedication to providing locals is no less than outstanding. Bought 2 queen beds and a mattress. Prices and delivery was fantastic. Quality is exceptional and far exceeds many other bedding businesses who on sell their overpriced mass produced rubbish. Even better everyhing in stock, no waiting, no delays and no broken promises. Great to catch up with again Steve, as long as you are in business you will have mine.
