Air system defective, deflated my front tyre and I got stuck. Staff totally useless and no help and additionally rude as... attendant even refused to put up sign that the unit is faulty. Stranded for 2 hours, what else can one say???? Could I give less than 1 star, it would have been minus 5 stars.

Price on meter jump to $1.32 before petrol came through. Petrol flow is also not consistent. Very dishonest

Worst staffs , especially the Indian guy I told him the fuel machine is not working properly and fuel did not start from zero, and I would like to make a report about the issue as it is not right to pay more due to machine faulty. He starts to accused me that this was my mistake because i used the machine and I am a thief!!!.. and said If I didn't pay then he has to pay.. I never saw a liar and rude guy like him. He has a very bad attiude ,zero respect to customersand zero customer service.

3th time I went early in the morning and they closed. I understand that people need a break, but this isn't the first time, so don't say 24/7 openAlso they have very little variation of products, their air wasnt working and there wasn't a sign it was out of order. Basically if you starving to death maybe it's worth the stop. Otherwise don't bother and go another servo.

Good Lord, only 1 pump out of 6 has fuel at each of the Bowsers! Why do the nearby stations have fuel and seven eleven doesn't?
