Less Stress Computer Services

Had a problem two days before Christmas 2021 where the PC wouldn't start up. These guys fixed it within a couple of hours and we were able to pick it up the same day. Just had another problem where File Manager crashed and the desktop went black after each time I copy/pasted a couple of photos using right mouse clicks. I chatted to them over the phone and they pointed me to Event Viewer which led me to the problem and I was able to fix it within a few minutes. Thank you heaps Less Stress Computer Services. I highly recommend them.

Strong no from me, based solely on the colourful language I received this morning on my first point of contact. Not even a tiny bit professional.

I drop my laptop to change power jack and bottom plate, One week later I get phone call says might take 3 months to order bottom plate, and in the phone call I ask them just change power jack, after that I called to ask my laptop many times and every time they get my number said they will call me back but I never get answer. Today , after 3 months I went to shop to check what’s happen on my laptop and they just give back laptop to me and say it’s not worth to fix it. I’m really disappointed with poor communication for less stress Brendale‘’point is no one call me and I’m waiting for 3 months’’ I don’t think any try and test will take 3 months. probably your guys just left it on the side and forgot it

Really friendly, professional repair shop. They were both clear and upfront about the repair done on my desktop PC and seemed genuine all throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Recently, on a late Saturday afternoon, we had a lightening strike that took out our main PC, printer, laptop & Modems. We called Less Stress on the Monday morning and they were here a short time afterwards. They got us up & running within hours - enough to keep operational while they checked over other equipment back at their shop. We were fully operational within 2 days. Brilliant service and a big help with the insurance claim.

Had my daughters laptop for 6weeks claiming their supplier didn't have the part yet 2 other places I had contacted had no issues with being able to get the part. Never returned phone calls or emails until I decided to send the laptop elsewhere. No apologies, felt like they never ordered the part or tried to get the part. Poor customer service.

Took my computer in, and I waited weeks, so I contacted them and they lied and said they had left messages. There were no messages on my answering machine and my answering machine does not wipe messages.Then also too, they altered the settings so ironically I have to do Alt, Control and Delete to start my computer each time.On top of that they must have blocked my phone number, so then I had to drive down to their premises which is quite a way away from where I live.Then the Kapersky program that was loaded onto my computer basically uninstalled itself, or maybe the receipt was done up 2 weeks later and all I was told was I needed to talk to Kapersky about the matter. Not given any way to contact Kapersky and I was told that even if it had inadvetently uninstalled itself I would have to pay more money for another anti virus program. In the end with the latter issue, I decided I was glad that Kapersky needed replacing because the company is owned by a Russian businessman who I had read about supposingly being in the KGB, but I don't know if this is true obviously.

We have relied on the team at less Stress to keep us up to date and current in our systems, we also rely on them for either remote and onsite services when required and they have always been on time and professional in there service and advise. I would not hesitate in recommending the team and would encourage anyone to use Less Stress and find out what real IT support is all about. Keep up the good work!!Col Gilliland
