My parcel couldn't be delivered due to wrong address on it. That's rubbish as my full address is on the tracking page. He was going to ask the delivery driver and ring me back. He didn't. I knew he wouldn't ring me back. like he said he would! Poor service! Thanks for nothing.

Close earlier then they say and the older women has no customer service skills at all when commented that they shut early got huff and puffs. Absolutely disgusting attitude.

Today i witnessed the most discusting costumer service from a female staff member she was rude and was also arguing with me with a raised voice in front of many other costumers i truly hope Australia post looks into this appalling behavior of their staff as i will not be going back because of this horrible experience i endured

There's a scam going around and you need to know because people that don't understand it's gonna to cost then they send an email saying there from Australia post and give you a tracking number which is fake then say the address isn't clear and ask for credit card details and $3 to go and pick it up there gonna rip people off

Staff are polite. Unfortunately, they have not yet updated their store closing times online and at the store front and I missed out on collecting an important parcel due to this.
