Australia Post - Mooloolaba Post Shop

Horrible experience. Rude staff especially one member called Kerrie. Was spoken to in a horrible rude manner. Incredibly unhelpful.I'd rather hand deliver my own post barefoot than got back to that particular Australia post.

The manager abused me, belittled me and left co workers shocked with the tone in which she uses EVERY time I have been in to lodge packages! I ordered parcel packaging online which is for small medium and large satchels however was told that the small is the NEW medium and the medium is the NEW large??? Packages had be refused to be sent even though they had been package correctly according to my post - Business account. This is also packaging provided by AUSTRALIA POST online via their website, I then went to kawana and no issues with lodgement. The staff at Mooloolaba apologised for this dragons behaviour. The manager at Mooloolaba post office should be fired even the staff roll there eyes. She has no idea what customers service is.

I had been excitingly waiting for a certificate to arrive in the mail after completing a course that I had worked very hard for.The certificate was sent in a large envelope that had a stamp on both sides clearly stating 'DO NOT BEND'.Sure enough, post man pat bends the envelope in half and jams it into my letter box leaving my certificate looking like crinkled toilet paper.Many thanks!

Big shout out to Lea for being super patient with me. I was worried about sending laptop by post and she gave sound advice and TLC to my parcel.

We went in to open a PO Box. Never done it before. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. We are new to the area and we asked numerous questions about the area which they were happy to answer. It’s nice to have friendly helpful people that enjoy their job. Thanks ladies

This is the worst post office! The customer service is terrible and they are actually actively trying not to help you with anything. Love to tell you no, no, no we are out of stock of that.. Or when I did my passport they were just sour! Ugh I hate going to this place.. I’m just going to drive to Cotton Tree post office from now on..

If you’re not going to be open during advertised hours, then SAY SO! Don’t be lazy! Update your hours on Google maps or elsewhere! I made a special trip out of the way to get to the post office Saturday morning only to realise they were closed, despite advertising otherwise. I don’t care if you have staff shortages, or covid, or whatever.. There is no excuse not to CHANGE YOUR HOURS ACCORDINGLY! This is terrible business practice and an inconvenience to customers.

Sat on phone for well over 30mins listening to answering machine messages. Never ended up getting through. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!
