Was on a work trip and needed some urgent support. I dealt with Nelson who was incredibly helpful. He could tell I was stressed but was encouraging that he could resolve the issue in a couple of hours. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Fantastic result and service.

Great service, had a laptop that had some issues, he checked it out pretty fast and found the issue. He then proceeded to provide advice on the best way for me to get it fixed. as my laptop is fairly new he has directed me on how to get it repaired/replaced by the manufacturer at no cost on that end. Overall I only had to pay for the diagnostic check and now saving a ton.

Nelson repaired a cracked laptop touch screen for us last week. I did not think it would be cost effective to have it repaired, and was pleasantly surprised at the price that Nelson charged. He was responsive (the only service to reply to me on a Saturday morning), knowledgeable, way more cost effective than the other repair services we contacted, and fast. He did a great job on the repair and was fantastic at keeping us updated during the process. I am extremely satisfied with his services and will definitely use him for any future computer repairs that we may have. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a computer repaired. I could not imagine going to anyone else.

Nelson is very professional and deliver a fast and amazing service. He certainly cares about his customers and his areas of expertise. Before I found Nelson, I took my laptop to another local service near me and I had a bad communication and terrible customer services there. I already wasted a week and a half of my precious time. Then I found Nelson on Google search and I rang him to find alternative service. He took care of me and my laptop the moment we spoke on the phone! I highly recommend Nelson for that moment when you are lost, your screen is blank and dark and you realised you didn't back up. Nelson is your man. You want to send your laptop to someone you can trust. Look no further.
