When asked to loom at bottle of perfume wad told I could not as it was policy". I imagine they have had runners from that store so this "policy" designed to stop that. Given that I am a 58 year old executive I hardly think that was a risk with me. What they did Risk was the sale....they didn't make one. Go somewhere else....atrocious."

Staff are always great but rows are so narrow it’s hard to get past people looking at things. Pharmacy and customer service 4.5 stars lay out, accessibility 1.5 stars

Whole family been loyal since we moved to Ashgrove two years ago.She tells me ~whatever~ after I told her that I do not need a matter looked into any further after taking all scripts from them.Shop around. Not for a better price,But better people because here you will get treated like a number.

It was a bit of effort finding this Chemist Warehouse as I don’t live in the area, at first I was like this will probably the last time I come to this store…. Until Brendan came to assist me at the check out, so friendly & attentive, didn’t care that I had a mask on. Will definitely be coming back here again. Keep up the good work Brendan.

I was particularly disappointed with the service from the chemist on duty early evening Wednesday the 26th.Tablets were put aside for me pending transport to the shop. I arrived to find that I had left one part of the script behind. I went back to collect it but was told that the script could not be supplied on my return. Two trips, still no tablets. Very disappointed as it was filled in total once I got back to Cairns. Very poor service.

Been going every week to this Chemist Warehouse for over 4 years since I moved up from Sydney, I have a permanent condition which requires weekly pain medication and I been like this for 13 years,. I know many of the staff at that Chemist Warehouse Ashgrove site.In the last year or so the Chemist Warehouse Ashgrove pharmacy staff has been slowly changed to asian women only and just like my experiences in the Chemist Warehouse at Chatswood NSW branch they refuse to dispense your script a day early even at the request of your Treating GP. It's been a week of very hot humid weather and now I have finished work for the week and have the next 3 days off I want my scripts now so I don't have to get the car out tomorrow to make a special drive back to the shops. I guess these types of pharmacist think they are doctors or something like that, who knows how theses robots think? Ok I take so I took my $50 weekly scripts and had them immidatly filled to my local Star Discount Pharmacy" who filled them straight away & also match the chemist Warehouse prices so stuff you chemist Warehouse. Stop treating adults like children - you pack of red herrings."

Usual layout overwhelming for those with sensory issues but otherwise- competitive pricing and good customer service.
