Symon rang me as soon as I posted the job on hipages and came to give the quote right away. Prompt service with affordable price.However, when I turned on the cooler feature for the first time, it is leaking so bad. I left mesaages and rang him a few times finally he came to check. Turned out he installed the drain pipe on top of other pipes. He said he would come back the next day but he never showed up eventhough I left a message and rang him few times again.It's so annoying cannot use the aircon in the summer!He was quick to respond to get the job and money but if something wrong, very slow response.

Symon arrived on time to install a new heat pump system for me at my house in blackmans bay. I was worried about the aesthetics of having the outdoor unit at the front of my house, but symon went above and beyond to redesign and reposition the putdoor unit to my satisfaction. Highly recommend him as he was willing to work with me and didnt have the standard tradie mentality that the customer doesnt know what theyre talking about. 5/5
