I ordered some paper in advance to receive in time for an event. I even paid express shipping to ensure I’d get it on time. Six days later and the order still hasn’t been processed let alone shipped even after 2 follow up calls. Not sure what’s happened at Kayell.

Product itself was great.But ordered it 4 Nov and paid extra.for express delivery, was then informed it would take them two days to get the item, they got it four days later and I received it on 12 Nov - eight days later. No communication during this time until I enquired. Customer.service is.poorWhat was the point in me paying for the express post with the impression that i would receive it within 2 or 3 days?

Always exemplary service from the team at Kayell. As a professional photographer unable to visit the store in person (I'm in remote NT!), their staff are knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions in depth when I call. Orders once placed are shipped quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Kayell Australia!

Here's what you'll get from these smug connsters. Purchased an item from them over 3 weeks ago that was actually out of stock and advertised as being in stock, but they didn't tell me until I got back to them about 10 days after and they were very rude about it. STILL WAITING FOR MY PURCHASE WHICH IS BACK IN STOCK WITH NO REPLY FROM THE BOSS! APPAULING

Amazing Service and Support! I was in need of a printer replacement for one that decided to die in our last lightning storm and it wasn't an issue the printer arrived 2 days later. I'm a really happy repeat customer!! Thanks for getting me out of a pickle amongst silly season!

ordered printing paper in plenty of time for a job. Didn't receive any notification that the product wasn't in stock until I phoned a week later to find out where it was. Sales assistant didn't seem to give two hoots to the fact that I now need the product in a hurry. They charge well over the going rate for postage anyway and can't even guarantee the stuff will be dispatched in less than 4 days. Absolute shambles. There are plenty of other suppliers out there selling the same kit. I'll be using one of them next time.
