I work 6 minutes away and It took them 2 hour to deliver.Worst experience ever.

don’t hanging earphone when you do your job at the front side! And keep saying uhhhh!!whattt!!! especially talk to customer or delivery service . Don’t be apply these attitude .

All the previous google reviews are correct. ordered delivery at 12:40pm for lunch, received cold pizzas at 3pm. The pizza was very dry and average taste, nothing special. Waste of money, should have ordered from Dominos.

What has happened to the pizza quality?!In the past few months the quality dropped severely. The dough is breaking, dry and tastes like cardboard. The ingredients no longer cover the whole pizza and there is a lot of that dry cardboard dough not fitted for human consumption. Yesterday I paid for the extra cheese on the chicken pizza, but there was almost no cheese at all. Extra prosciutto on the other pizza was also sparse. Quantity of the remaining ingredients on all pizzas are down too.Haha, I remember times when I was asking why they did not put fresh chilli on the peri-peri pizza as per the photo on their app. That was the only comment back then... Good, old times.Now, even delivery times are never as they promise. Pizza always arrives late and cold. It takes 50-60 mins instead of commited 30 mins. They no longer apologise for being late.You can't easily provide feedback on their app. It seems they do not care about customer comments. The franchise is not interested in how the individual store messes up their orders. Crust brand will depreciate their goodwill soon.I have been ordering pizza from Surry Hills Crust for almost a decade. I really hoped that the recent quality drop was a one-off thing. Someone forgot to put an ingredient here or there maybe. I have waited if they improve and still ordered my pizza less frequently. After yesterday's order, I am now confident that their decision to save costs and is consistent and permanent. It was my very last pizza delivery from Crust. Good bye.Now, Domino's pizza seems to be a way better choice.

We ordered a half and half pizza with meat deluxe and Mediterranean lamb. The lamb side was delicious however was not a fan of the BBQ sauce on the meat pizza. Sides were great but the apple pie bites were a bit burnt.

We usually love Crust but on this occasion the wait was long and then once we opened up the pizzas, the pizza we ordered was missing two key ingredients- Napoli sauce and mozzarella! Big thumbs down.

The quality of pizza is change bread & sauce is too dry & delivered a wrong instructions, when I called them explained thy shut the phone down worst customer service. Highly don’t recommend this crown crust pizza anymore.

This business had one (1) driver to cover the entire city. This is absolutely unacceptable, negligent and abyssmal customer service. When the driver did come, they mistook our order for somewhere else.When we eventually got our food, we went through what felt like a jaw exercise because the crust was no longer hot, just warm. Would not get anything from this Crust again because I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with other franchises.

Ordered food, pizza was okay, forgot the addition of sesame seeds which I paid for. Also got the wrong drink on delivery from a clearly disgruntled worker needing to ride in the rain (obviously feel bad for him). I didn't realise till I got in and couldn't hand the wrong drink back. Contacted later to notify and get a refund, but apparently the worker had confirmed that it was okay (which he had not), so I was unable to get the refund. I don't leave reviews often but the fact the delivery person lied about confirming the drink change was okay was enough. Thanks

Good quality pizzas with a good selection of topping but supreme works best for me. It’s a busy shop open every day until quite late and does home delivery or pick up. There is a small seating area but usually taken up by waiting customers or delivery drivers.
